In order to configure the synchronization of OneDrive and its proper functioning, it is very important that you have Windows 10 installed and keep its updates up to date.

  1. First of all, use a web browser to access Office.com. Once on the page, access the link Login (Sing In).
  2. A window will open asking the user. You must enter our email user including the domain and press the Next button.

  5. This link will take you to the OneDrive home page. From this page, you will select the option to Synchronize (Sync) from the top menu.

  6. Clicking on this link will open a window asking you to open the local OneDrive application on your computer.
Select Open Microsoft OneDrive (Open Microsoft OneDrive).

  7. In case you have not previously configured the local OneDrive application, it will ask you to identify yourself. It will ask for your user. Again you will enter your email-user and click on the Next button. In case the computer is in an active Windows domain (Windows AD), it will automatically take the user with whom you validate yourself when entering Windows (this normally happens if you are a PDI/PAS that uses a University computer) and you will simply have to select Sign In.
