I have no space left in my computer

In case you have many files in your computer and it is taking up to much space. You can free up disk space.

To do this you must free up space on One Drive. Meaning that the documents are no longer stored on the device.

1. For this, click on the One Drive icon. A small menu will open:

2. Click on "Settings".

3. The following window will open:

    4. In the "Settings" tab, check the "Save space and download the files when you use them" option.

    5. If you open the One Drive directory, you will see which directories are downloaded and which are in the cloud.

                                            

    6. This icons below show the status of the documents:

  1. Synchronized
  2. Synchronizing 
  3. Not Synchronized

 

*Also you can upload some documents to OneDrive without synchronizing everything. For example with older documents that needs to be saved but you will not use. To do this, you have to drop the files you don't want to use in OneDrive's local folder. After that, you will have to right click on the documents and select "Free up space".
