Lack of connection

You don't have a network or you have a very limited connection. The connection must be fixed first.

Battery saving mode

On laptops, when you put the maximum energy savings, you automatically get a notification from One Drive that warns you that it will stop synchronizing.

To solve it there are two options:

• Force One drive to work, even if the battery is in save mode.
• Disable saving mode.

Paused Sync

It could be, by accident, to stop the synchronize in OneDrive.

It doesn't appear when I start de OS

It may happen that the One Drive is not starting up with the OS.

For it, if we are using Windows 10, we have to go to the Task Manager > Start and enable OneDrive.

The user will not be able to perform this operation unless he or she has administrator permissions.
